Bosch Rexroth employs over 31,000 people worldwide, and achieved total revenue of 5.4 billion euro in 2015.

When they do hire you, because you are an outstanding team member they pay you less than you make as a temp. I would have loved to stay there but if I can earn more at McDonalds why would I stay?"

Assembler/Tester says"Non Profit company that relocates major departments to other parts of the country every few years. No stability as far as jobs longevity goes. Managers in place that will intentionally allow losses to occur to meet US non profit standards. Human Resources are company driven and has informed managers/personal within the company who filed complaints about them. Managers run personal very poorly in many cases, will place temp workers in higher pay promotional jobs as to not keep company employee salaries down."

People there are threatened if you do a good job or are efficient, so if you are a lazy they will like you, if you make mistakes on purpose and laugh at others who struggle you will have lots of friends there."

former worker (Former Employee) says"This place has no room for advancement if you are not the right complexion for the connection!!!! of course everyone comes through HTI staffing for 90 days, but some employees move from shift to shift and machine before their 90days through the staffing is over!!! each machine is more money and others who were there before are left behind especially on the rail line. just a bunch of SNAKES!!!!! management will not protect the workers and don't respect individuals who have education, they will suppress anyone who gets in their way. if you just want a check, stand on your feet, wear a uniform and don't have any ambition this is the place for you. the pay is ok if you cannot do any better. Machinist (Current Employee) says"The pay is the only good part about the facility. Management has no idea what they are doing, they don't even come out of the offices to look st the floor. They LADY in charge of HR only wants to fire people. The machining supervisors are not even Machinist O they don't even understand what a Machinist says. Facility is dangerous 3rd worst in North America out of every bosch facility. Benefit are good and bad. Health insuranceis horrible. Dental is extremely good tho. Though a company of this size would have there act together but I was proven wrong. Zuerst wird man in den Himmel gelobt wenn man seinen Job gut macht und es wird einem versprochen dass man übernommen wird bla bla bla LÜGEN SONST NICHTS!! Je näher das Ende der Befristung kommt ändert sich alles, auf einmal schliesst scheinbar ein Werk woanders und man muss von dort Leute übernehmen usw. Ich habe noch NIE so eine Firma erlebt. Habe locker für 3 Leute gearbeitet, war nicht einen Tag krank, nicht einen Tag zu spät gekommen und Samstags gearbeitet. Bin sogar mit 39 Fieber arbeiten gegangen. ALLES UMSONST!!! Es ist einfacher ein Spenderorgan zu bekommen als dort einen FESTVERTRAG!!! Schade schade sehr unmenschliches Verhalten und vor allem UNDANKBARKEIT!!! REINE AUSNUTZUNG VON BEFRISTETEN ARBEITSKRÄFTEN OHNE CHANCE AUF ZUKUNFT DORT!! Sie spielen mit der Hoffnung und der Seele der Menschen ohne Skrupel!! Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) says"Management knows nothing about leading or developing their employees. Favoritism runs rampant. Human Resources is callous and unhelpful. When you try to ask HR something, you are referred to call the corporate HR office. The company does not promote diversity at all. The status quo is to be a white male. The morale is terrible. Management does not care about addressing concerns and making things better. They make you feel you should be grateful for having a job and just do the work. That is no way to motivate your employees."
